Our commitment and top priority is the health and safety of your children and your family. Therefore, if you have not visited North Royalton Pediatric Dentistry during the pandemic, you may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. For example: Our office will communicate via text or phone to ask screening questions. These questions will be asked prior to your child’s appointment and also on the day of his/her appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office to let us know that you are here. Please stay in your car until you have been notified to come into the building for your child’s appointment.

One parent/guardian can accompany the child to his/her appointment. If you do have other family members with you, one of our staff will come out, greet your child and bring them into the office for his/her appointment.

We will have hand sanitizer available that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed. We will also take you and your child’s temperature prior to his/her appointment. Our waiting area will not have any toys or pads at this time since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

To allow for social distancing and to reduce the number of individuals in our waiting area, we are allowing for more time between patients. In the beginning, this may reduce the options for scheduling appointments but it will help in keeping our patients and staff safe. If you’ve had an appointment recently canceled due to the mandated coronavirus closure, we will be contacting you soon to reschedule.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and every individual, safe in our practice.

Sincerely,

Dr. Amberlee Taylor and Team
